Udon noodles are versatile food to be cooked as a soup, stir-fried, even dipped in a cold sauce. Also handmade own udon noodles are such a special taste and texture you will love it! In this workshop, you will learn about the process and participate in making a bowl of udon noodles and warm japanese style soup, which will fit your Sunday lunch at the end of class. We use organic wheat flour and local ingredients as possible. Let’s enjoy kneading and flattening out the udon dough together!
