Celebrate the Autumn and Harvest season as we stroll the surrounds of Melbourne and identify what is edible and medicinal- how to identify edible weeds and wild medicines!
This is acorn season, and I will be discussing how you can make these nutrient rich seeds into delicious cakes, breads and other staples.
Our world is full of an abundant and nourishing diversity of plant species that we can use for Food and Medicine!
Developing a connection with this incredible kingdom creates a wonderful feeling of grounding and appreciation for our natural world.
Join The Perma Pixie on an outdoor adventure that will focus on identifying Edible and Medicinal Weeds and Wild Food!
Discover the properties and actions these plants have to nourish and heal, and discuss recipes and ways to prepare these plants for pallatability and practicality.
We will be walking along the creek on a summer afternoon chatting about the incredible world that surrounds us, and how to start seeing the wall of green as a source of sustinance.
