This is a hands-on program to infuse your life with herbal wisdom.
As you touch the soil, the plants speak… as you tend the garden, the wilderness takes over, and you remember who you are, your place in nature, your deep connection to all that is, was and will be.
We invite you on a journey, to tend to the land and learn the language of reciprocity, to sow the seeds, delight in growth, reap the harvest, and add the beautiful human contribution that is the creation of medicine.
A plant is not a product. It is a relationship, a connection, a friend, a lover, a care-giver…
If only we will listen.
Join us – from Farm to Pharmacy, you will learn essential gardening practices, techniques of germination and cultivation, harvesting, drying and storing plant material, and catalysing this material into herbal medicines.
This program has been developed for those wanting a casual, comfortable space in the garden, a grassroots connection to the living vivacity around us and an experience to learn from a Herbal mentor in a relaxed garden setting.
What you will learn:
Seed Germination
Plant Cultivation
Harvesting Leaves, Flowers, Roots, Bark and Seeds

You will receive your own small journal to write your observations and learnings, however there will be no handouts and the course will be directed and facilitated for you to experience your own journey.
We hope you join us on our mission to Reclaim Medicine.

Facilitator:
The Perma Pixie will be guiding you through your own journey in a relaxed and casual environment weekly, giving you the space for learning with, from and as the land.
This will not be a theory heavy, chalk and talk situation.
The focus is on the connection between you and the land, with a foundation of explanation, guidance and questions answered.
The Perma Pixie (Taj Scicluna) is passionate and motivated to inspire and educate people to live more nourishing and regenerative lifestyles with a deep connection to Nature.
Using her skills of Permaculture and Herbalism, she reminds those wishing for a deeper sense of purpose that individual and collective action can generate change and reformat the current state of humanity.
Being a fringe dweller, The Perma Pixie straddles the worlds of nature connection and professional business, hoping this will ripple through to others and create larger effects beyond the scope of her reach.
She intends to create a fusion of ancient wisdom with modern times, weaving the awareness of the past with the knowledge at present to form a synergy that will benefit future generations.
This is where functionality meets alchemy, a marriage of the mystical and practicality, an awareness of the internal and external landscapes which can exist in harmony.
