Ever wanted to make sauerkraut or your own pickled beetroot? Have you tasted cumquat brandy or limoncello or used your own herb vinegar in homemade salad dressing?
Join Wendy and Kate from The Urban Pear for an afternoon exploring techniques, skills and recipes for pickling fermenting and infusing seasonal produce.
You’ll take home

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is parking at the Olympic Adult Education Community Kitchen. A number of buses run along Southern Road and Northland SC is very close by, has heaps of parking and lots of buses.
How do I find the venue on google maps?
Type in ‘233 Southern Road, Heidelberg West’ and you’ll find us. We will put a sign out on Southern Road so you can see the entry as its easy to miss.
What can I bring into the event?
Your printed ticket, an apron and something to write on. We will be giving out comprehensive notes which have room on them for taking notes.

What’s the refund policy?
No refunds available. We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. So if you can’t get to the workshop please pass your ticket on to a friend so they can have some preserving fun
