Kombucha Workshop with Bush food Flavors

We are hosting Gemma Macri at Gunyah Garden to learn about making Kombucha and then making the flavour your own with a range of bush food flavours sourced from our own bushfood garden. Karen will take you on a tour of Gunyah garden looking at the special plants being used to flavor the Kombucha.
Gemma will take you through all facets of first & secondary fermentation (including flavouring with native herbs) & tastings and go into detail about the fermentation process. There will be opportunity to taste both green and black tea kombucha with the bush food flavours.
The course will include Kombucha recipe and technical notes as well as bushfood notes on the flavorings used.
