Come along on a bus tour to discover and reconnect with your local environment and experience the beauty and diversity of your local waterways.
Board our bus to your local waterways and learn about the health of your local creeks/rivers.
• Be inspired by the work of local community groups
• Learn about Council and Melbourne Water initiatives to help improve the health of these waterways
• Discover the frogs that call local waterways home
• Hear from the Dolphin Research Institute and learn about the amazing animals that call Port Phillip Bay home.
• Enjoy a free lunch
Learn how you can contribute to the ongoing health of these important waterways.
Meet at Blackburn Lake Visitors’ Centre, Central Road, Blackburn Lake. The bus will stop at various locations along Gardiners Creek and the Yarra River before finishing up back at Blackburn Lake.
