Joel Salatin, our favourite ‘lunatic’ regenerative farmer, is coming to Jonai Farms in Daylesford, Victoria, for the Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance’s Legal Defence Fund Fundraiser!
The day of festivities will include a farm tour, an amazing feast and a talk from Joel Salatin…and much more, soon to be announced activities and speakers.
Salatin is renowned for his regenerative, diversified, direct to consumer family farming model at Polyface Farms in the US. He’s a highly respected lecturer and the author of multiple books which continue to inspire and empower farmers around the world.
AFSA is raising money for a Legal Defence Fund to support farmers and eaters across the country in the face of outdated and illogical regulations.
