Rocket Barrel Oven Workshop
Date(s) - November 11, 2018 - November 12, 2018
Time - All Day
This is a third-party event not organised by Permablitz. We've added it because we reckon it looks pretty good!
In this 2 day workshop participants learn the principles of clean, efficient ‘rocket’ wood combustion, build a simple, durable rocket cooker from house bricks and cob, then build barrel oven from reclaimed 44-gallon drums powered by the rocket.
This is the fastest, cleanest back-yard wood fired pizza going. Includes hands-on demonstrations of a variety of other clean burning wood technologies, portable rocket ovens for a pizza cook up on the first night and lots more.
Facilitated by Joel Meadows http://greenhand.net.au/education/ .
This is being organised by two recent graduates from a PDC at Ceres.
