What exactly is a weed? How can we use them as a sustainable food and medicine source? What common weed can you use to make a coffee alternative? Is ‘chop and drop’ a use for weeds in the garden or a hip new dance move?

Come down to the community garden on Thursday September 14th at 1:30pm to find out! We will be identifying weeds and talking about many wonderful uses for them in the kitchen and garden.

After the workshop we will have a quick and relaxed working bee, where you can check out what’s happening in the garden at this time of year, enjoy more terrible dad jokes and ask our green thumbs any questions you may have!
