Costa Launches Permablitzes in Ballarat!

Costa’s Ballarat Odyssey

Costa Georgiadis (from SBS’s “Costa’s Gardening Odyssey”) will speak on “Why everyone should grow food at home!”. Ballarat Mayor, Cr Craig Fletcher, will welcome guests and introduce Costa. This event is the official launch of the “Backyard Bounty” project, which will organise a series of public workshops on home food production, plus kick off Permablitz in Ballarat! (Permablitzes are one day backyard ‘make-overs’ to create productive food gardens using permaculture design principles)
