Great news - long-time permablitzers Carey, Adam and Dan are running another Sustainable Kitchen Skills Workshop on March 16 in St Kilda.
Come along and learn how to: -Make and bake your own Sourdough and Essene bread -Make your own yoghurt, kefir and cottage cheese -Grow healthy and delicious sprouts on your kitchen windowsill -Make your own sauerkraut and peanut butter These intensive 7-hour workshops are dynamic, hands-on, interactive, and loads of fun. And seriously, well-made essene bread is just heaven. Venue: Port Phillip EcoCentre, Blessington St, St Kilda (Near Acland St) Date and Time: March 16, 9:30am - 4:30pm Cost: $120 per person, which includes snacks, tea and coffee, a handout and all ingredients ($95 unwaged).
