Having had two permablitzes in the past, Kim from Heathmont would like to host a post-blitz follow up visit at 2pm Saturday December 22nd. Come along to 21 Allens Road Heathmont (5 mins walk from Heathmont train station) to see her cranking new permaculture system which includes a zone one raised bed garden, herb gardens, native plantings, swale-based orchard area, outdoor sink, water system and as of a few days back six new chickens! Drop in for a cup of tea and a look around - we'll also be starting off an aerobic compost tea for anyone who is interested to learn more about litte bugs that do good things for the soil. You may also find yourself inspired to then join the Emerald permablitz the next day!
