All are welcome to an all day Permablitz (from 10am) on a small houseblock in Kensington! We're transforming a grassy backyard into a chook area, no-dig vege patch, pond and fruit growing area. We're also adding a no-dig vege patch out the front, hooking up some water catchments and removing some ornamental shrubs and trees.

Come and learn more about urban permaculture, meet new people and help us put in these systems. Lunch (home-grown pumpkin soup and more), nibbles, tea and coffee, and home made lemon cordial provided.

If you've got any spare seeds, seedlings, compost, food, etc please bring them along. And if you play an instrument please bring it along to share your skills (don't be shy).

THe blitz will be at 23 Bangalore St, Kensington. It's a 5 minute walk from Kensington train station if you walk up Macauley Rd (uphill that is), turn right into Epsom Rd at the top of the hill, then take the second left into Bangalore St.
