We're doing it again, our most highly regarded Intro Permaculture on September 20-21.
The venue is the Ceres in East Brunswick and the course will be tailored to people interested in suburban permaculture. Topics covered will include an introduction to Permaculture Ethics and Design Principles, and we'll touch on urban animals, water catchment and use, companion planting, caring for soil and heaps more. Hands-on activities include marking out contours and making a good compost pile. You'll receive a handout covering all the topics on the course and a certificate of completion. The cost for the two days is $150 ($105 unwaged). Please bring a bite to share for morning and afternoon teas, we'll be providing vegetarian lunches. Feedback from the last course: "I'm really inspired. A great weekend." "Lovely people, great communicators, infectious passion for gardening and another way of living."
