This course will go through the theory and practice of summer-pruning, and sensible orchard design strategies for Melbourne's climate and soils.  We'll also include a tour of Kim's amazing permaculture garden that includes just about everything you could imagine.

Price: $50 ($40 concession) includes handout. There's also a 10% discount for groups of 3 or more.
